Brownie Day

It’s probably that time of the month coz I’ve been craving for something sweet this whole week. And so I decided I was gonna bake something. Not sure what though, so I rummaged through my inventory and what little stuff I had and found that I have just enough ingredients to make me some brownies. You know those rich sinful brownies with lots of chocolate chips.

Anyway, after stirring and mixing, I usually would just dump the whole mixture in a baking tray and cut them after they cooled down but this time I placed the mixture in individual cup cake paper – what do you call them, container?.. Anyway, here’s the end result.

I did not have a proper baking tray for them to be in the cup cake thingy so some turned out a bit crooked..heheh.. but they turned out yummy just the same and take less time to bake then in a baking tray and there’s practically no clean up! My kind of baking :)

That settled the sweet tooth craving, but we still need to eat right? So for lunch we went out to eat. I had Kung Fu Noodle while hubby had Char Kuay Teow. I really did not know what to expect as this is the first time I’m ordering this dish. To my utter delight, it was very very very sedaps (nice) and I would definitely go for it again.
