I’ve heard of a lot of flowers but Onion Flower? Wow that’s like totally new to me.

and this is what it looks like

Back when we had a little back yard, hubby loved to grow stuff. He really does have green fingers as they call it, coz everything he planted, would grow to be so healthy, nice and beautiful. We had a beautiful garden of flowers and even herbs and spices.

On of the easiest, he told me, to plant were onions. And they actually grew and whenever I needed onions, all I needed to do was go back to the backyard and took some from the ground. It was awesome and there was no wastage coz I only took what I needed. And that was also the first time I saw an onion flower.. lolz!!.. wasn’t it cool?!

If hubby has green fingers, I must be having red fingers, because whatever I planted will never grow and if the plant was growing nicely it will definitely die! I might as well grow silk flowers insteadgelakguling. Then for sure, they would always live and never die no matter what I do to them. sengihnampakgigi

Do you have green or red fingers?? angkatkening

I need a new cellphone pretty much like now coz my Siemens one is dying on me. Even ffter I’ve given it all the juice it need, it will still die on me with just one phone call or a few text messages. The keypad is also no longer as sensitive as before. I need to press and press the keys for the numbers to stick which makes dialing and texting difficult if not impossible. I could potentially just use my old Nokia 3315 phone that works fine but that means, no camera, no saving of send messages and limited phone storage numbers. Nah… I don’t think so…lolzz.

I have two phones in mind right now. I’m torn between the Sony Ericsson P1i which is also a PDA phone, and the other is a Sony Ericsson K850i which has 5megapixel camera – which also means I don’t need to get me a digital camera anymore! Ahhh the dilemma. Maybe I should apply for cash advance loans, then I can get both! sengihnampakgigi

If anyone has these phones or have experiences using any or both of the phones, I’d appreciate any feedback so I can make an informed decision before jumping in both feet.

Thanks peeps sembah

Help!! It’s the cheesecake attack. First it was Janice, with her Oreo Cheesecake,, then it was Nat with her Cheddar Cheesecake.. how am I supposed to stay away from this irresistible temptation?

My answer?? I DON’T malu

I went ahead yesterday and go bought one since I don’t have an electric egg beater yet to try any of the two recipes offered to me by the two ladies. At this rate, I’m gonna have to force myself up one of those treadmills over at the gym…nangih

Oh and you know what.. while I was enjoying my sleep today (I slept at 8am in case anyone want to know…gelakguling), the aircon stopped working. Me and Azwaj awoke at 10am to a very still and very hot room. Arghh we thought the aircon had zonged out on us as well.. but Noo… Now.. there’s a power failure… Arghhhhh… how are we ever gonna sleep now??

But you know what, after we opened the windows, it wasn’t too bad, the wind was blowing (helps being on the 10th floor) and pretty soon.. both of us were snoring away.. at least I know I was…
gelakguling

Now.. am alive and kicking once again.. look out I’m coming your way….siul

It is 2pm here in Malaysia and I have been awake more than 20 hours already. I actually planned to go to bed early last night but then hubby needed to go to the office and he wondered if I wanted to accompany him. Being the good wife I am, I said ok and so that was where we were till this morning around 9am. After hubby’s partner arrive, we had breakfast then proceeded home to catch some zzz.

Then at around 11am, we got a call from my MIL saying that one of my SIL was admitted to the hospital. Seeing how we were still fresh after the breakfast and the morning shower, we thought, ok let’s go visit SIL and see how she is. We could also go and collect the luxury watches that my FIL wanted us to pick up for him.

So guess where I am right now??

I am again at the office!! Lolzz!!…We are going for lunch soon and I figure if I get tired in a short while, I’ll just sleep in my room here.

I was over at the supermarket today and I saw this fruit that looked similar to the dragon fruit I’m used to seeing and having when I was in Vietnam. So remembering the yummylicious taste, I decided to purchase it. After all it was only RM3.95 for four pieces, which is pretty cheap.

So once we got home, I cut it open and instead of white flesh like the ones I’m used to seeing, the flesh was bright purple. I seriously don’t know if they coloured the fruit or something but the taste was just as yummy as I remembered it.

So anyone else have ever seen or tasted this purple dragonfruit before??

I think anyone who reads my blog would know that my hubby is in the computer sales and services industry. He has been doing this for fifteen over years and from a small sole proprietor, he now has a partner and formed his own private limited company which serves government bodies, municipal councils, private companies and also members of the public. If you think I’m proud of my man! You bet your horses I am.

So if anyone in KL would like an expert to attend to your PC, feel free to contact me ok and we’ll work on a special LJL price diam

However, if you are in another country and can’t get the services that my hubby offers, then head on over to Fast-Teks Computer Repair, another expert in this line for your computer repair service.

I was tagged a few days ago by GP on this Complaint Tag and so here goes.

I hate Malaysian roads. Yes I absolutely hate them. I hate that there are no proper road signs and even when there are, the route always take you through the longer way. I hate there are holes everywhere and I hate that there are so many detour, I always end up lost all the time.

Once I was picking up my friend at the airport and I missed the turn to go the highway. I thought taking the next exit was the safest best so I could turn back and make a turnaround. Due to no proper signage, suffice to say I was 4hours late picking my friend up. tension

Then there were times when we had to cancel going to a relative wedding which was held at their home coz we got lost along the way due to, again, lack of road signs. marah

Can you now see why I don’t go anywhere without hubby in tow??

How many of you would buy two of anything just because the price of the second item is sold at discounted price? Or how many of you would buy in bulk just because buying bulk would save you money and you know you’re gonna use the item in the future anyway? I know I’m like that. That’s why I love to buy wholesale products. You know items like pens for the office or lights bulbs even costume jewelery which I particularly like since it can double up as gifts as well…lolzz

On the subject of buying bulk, there is this premiere online wholesaler site that is selling items at knockdown prices. Maybe I should open up my own RM5.99 store here and start selling those items!

We always pass by this Nasi Lemak stall each time we go to the office but we never tried the food there before. They always look busy with customers and we even saw on one occasion some customers being turned away coz they came too late and there was no more Nasi Lemak left. So we decided this morning that we gonna try and see what the fuss is about.

I was standing there waiting when this nice lady asked me if I have taken my number. I asked her what number would that be and she explained that the stall owner actually gave out queue number! Wow! That’s definitely new. So I took my number, 37, from on the table and waited by the sideline. As I was waiting for my turn, more people came and the stall owner actually looked worried and stopped giving numbers out as she was concerned there might not be enough Nasi Lemak to go around.

Anyway, my number came up and I requested for two packets of Nasi Lemak with cuttlefish. I was charged only RM4.60 for two packets! That is definitely cheap for cuttlefish I thought and figured the portion must be measly.

Boy, was I surprised because not only was the portion generous, it was also simply delicious.. no wonder the crowd came in droves..

I know I’m gonna do a return visit soon menari
