I’ve been sleeping like more than eight hours nowadays. I would go to bed at 3pm and wake up like 12midnight or even 1am! The thing is, instead of feeling refreshed for my “day” I would wake up with one head banger headache that I need to pop two Panadols immediately. It happened two days in the row thus today I decided to wake up early. I still slept at 3pm but I woke up at 7pm instead. Guess what? NO headache!
So anyone else got a headache from too much sleep?
