Splitting Headache

Not sure why but I’ve been having this splitting headache for two days now. I wake up fine, start doing a bit of work and it sort of creep up on me. I’m fasting so I can’t take any panadol or anything so all I want to do is sleep but I can’t since I got tons to do before I take some time off for the Raya holidays. And oh no! Is that a beginning of a zit I see? Good thing we’ll be going out today so I can grab whatever acne treatments is at the pharmacy..
