Going Bananas

What goes best with chocolate ice-cream? Why.. the answer is crystal clear.. BANANA or course. And that is what we had, diced bananas with triple chocolate ice-cream with nuts. Oh it was simply yummy! I don’t know if that makes the banana a little unhealthy but what the heck.. at least there’s vitamin C in this dessert! lol!

and…. I can always work the calories off with those Kettlebells! lol!!

OMG! I'm Doodling

I am never one to doodle anything.. I’m not even sure if I got the term right for it! lol.. but yesterday as I was backing up my data before sending Miss Fly to the service center to get her checked out, I switched on my palm pda and started using the notepad function to.. DOODLE.. OMG.. check it out. and please laugh as loud and as much as you want.. lol!!

Can you guess what they are? ahaha!!

Maybe I should have cleaned my floor tiles instead.. hmm..,, Happy Wednesday people!

What's Next?

Good news! I got my handphone repaired. According to the shop, what happened to Miss VB (yeah I named my phone), is a very common problem with this model, Sony Ericsson K850i. It is something to do with camera shutter switch. So what they did was to bypass it and everything is ok again.. ok again after RM180 poorer that is :(

Then, this morning Miss Fly, my laptop, suddenly lost power and switched off by itself! When I rebooted her, she went on to do scan disk. I let it run and after she had finished, she restarted but again started to run the scan disk for the second time. After the third reboot and again attempting to run scan disk, I hit canceled and it went on to load windows..

Sigh.. I wonder what would be next? If this goes on, I need to get me insurance by the bulk probably from wholesaleinsurance.net.. lol!

Gmail Account Hacked *

I got this in my email account yesterday.. seemingly from Bokjae, that sent all my warning bells haywire. The first thing I did was email GP to find out if she had received the same message and she said she didn’t I went into my facebook to see if anything was going on with Bokjae’s account. There I saw messages from his friends asking about the same email and inquiring about it.

I sort of derived that Bokjae’s gmail might have been hijacked and compromised. I wanted to sms him but it was already midnight so I waited. Then this morning, I got a text message from him saying that indeed his gmail account was hacked and for us to not respond to it.

Here’s the email message…

I’m sorry for this odd request because it might get to you too urgent but it’s because of the situation of things right now, i’m stuck in london with family right now, i came down here on vacation , i was robbed, worse of it is that bags, cash and cards and my cell phone was stolen at GUN POINT, it’s such a crazy experience for me, i need help flying back home, the authorities are not being 100% supportive but the good thing is i still have my passport but dont have enough money to get my flight ticket back home and l need to clear the hotel bills here , please i need you to loan me some money, will refund you as soon as i’m back home, i promise.Get back to me ASAP let me know what to do next

Introducing Blogger Cats

Last Friday, I announced that I was working on a blog makeover for my a new blog of mine. No it’s not an auto accessories blog but rather it is a blog about my 5 cats. I know you might think it is strange that I’m starting another cat blog but I really wanted a domain name for it and due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not able to move my existing cat blog to its own url.

So.. I started a new cat blog but will be referencing some posts to my existing blog (have I confuse you yet? LOL)

Anyway.. just make sure to follow, subscribe and visit my kitties over at the new blog ok :)

I Love Free Stuff

If you know me well, you’d know that apart from good bargains, I love free stuff. It doesn’t matter if I don’t need it (eg. ping pong table) or I don’t have use for it, if it’s free, chances are I want it!.. and WANT is a BIG word for me! LOL.

Currently I’m collecting stamps from the hypermart Giant for some cookware. It’s not that I don’t already have what they are offering but again, remember that BIG word “WANT”? So because of that I am diligently collecting the stamps. I would get 1 stamp for every RM30 purchase and the expiration for the offer is in February 2o1o so I reckon I will earn enough to at least get the medium size saucepan.. which would require 190stamps and a payment of RM9.90! LOL!

Wish me luck and if you have stamps that you don’t need from Giant, pass them along to me ok! ahhaahh

Friday Fill-In: More Socializing

And…here we go!

1. So are we going to more open houses tomorrow? Yes we are!

2. More socializing is what’s up ahead.

3. I love to socialize..lol!.

4. Awan is a little monkey of some sort (or so she acts sometimes.. lol!)

5. I walk a good few meters a day to get to A’s motorbike parking bay.

6. Love is the true elixir of life!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to working on my new blog (to be announced soon), tomorrow my plans include going to A’s cousin Raya Makan-Makan and Sunday, I want to go to MyEvo Open House (all invited all course.. so see you there!)!

I Want A New Phone *

So I was over at Giant earlier today and as A was at the counters queuing to pay, I wondered off to a Nokia Sales Kiosk that was just underneath the escalator. I’m not really looking to buy a new phone but I do want to keep my options open in case, Miss VB is beyond repair or if it would cost me a bomb to repair her, then I might as well get a new phone right?

My eyes scanned through all the range of phones the kiosk had and it landed on (whaddaya know!), the most attractive of them all, the N97! OMG! I totally fell in love with it. It has this big screen and it was in black and it was looking all sleek and sexy. The price? A whopping RM2397!

I guess I will keep looking eh.. lol!

Stephen Gately Dies at 33 *

If you’re a big fan of Boyzone, much like I am, you’ll be shock as I am, to find out that co-vocals of the boy band, Stephen Gately passed away in Majorca today, while on vacation with his life partner. It was said that Steven went to sleep after a night out but failed to wake up.

Ronan Keating and the other members of Boyzone flew to Majorca (October 11) to mourn with the singer’s family and friends.

Steven Gately who was born in Ireland in March 1976.
