Once You're 40

Singapore has this program whereby the moment you reach 40 of age, the government would fully subsidize you to go through a heath screening program, namely test for obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and cervical cancer. I was going to do it the last time I went back but I was so pressed for time so I will plan one when I return on my next trip.

The test that I really would like to take is the high cholesterol one as I really love my red meat, cheese and fatty food. I’m planning to reduce cholesterol intake but I guess if I know what my level is, I’ll be more motivated so to speak..heheh
