I started wearing contact lenses when I was in junior college. It was, I admit, due to vanity purposes. Besides I had been wearing glasses for far too long and I wanted to feel what it was like to NOT have something on my nose during my waking hours. Anyway, I managed to convince my dad after I aced my “O” levels examination to pay for it. lol!. Alas it didn’t last long. A few months into using it, I contracted conjunctivitis. It was primarily because I keep napping with it and when I wake up, my eyes would go all red and dry and still I would refuse to take it off. So I guess, my eyes were telling me something… sigh..
No More Contacts For Me
Anyway, I stopped wearing contacts after that and I only started wearing Disposable Contact Lens when I started working. As I couldn’t find Cheap Disposable Contact Lenses anywhere and Disposable Contacts were a tad more expensive, I only used it for special occasion like my wedding for instance.. lol!
It’s been a while since I put on contact lenses. The ones that I have right now are all from my old prescription and I probably couldn’t see with them anyways. Sigh…It’s the good ol’ glasses for me!
