While waiting for my “A” level results, I joined this beauty MLM program to make some money. The program asked for personal particulars like full name, phone number and even a passport size photograph. Little did I know that those information was gonna land in the local newspaper in the form of an ad introducing their latest agent. Anyway I got lots of calls asking for advice on skincare from both women and men. Some were legit which resulted in good sales while some especially from the younger men were all excuses to meet up. When I suggest meeting up at the MLM offices, they refuses and suggested other venue instead. Of course those calls were terminated early.
There was however, one phone call which was especially cute. It was from a guy who tried to woo me into meeting him by singing me songs (lol). I found him so endearing that I kept answering his phone call and listen to him sing although I knew he was not interested in the product I was selling. Nothing came out from that “relationship”. We didn’t even meet as that time I was more focus on my studies than in any love interest.
Anyway, this was one of the songs that he love to sing to me and until now whenever I listen to it I can’t help but remember that phase in my life.. So enjoy the song and may it bring you a smile today :) Happy Music Monday people.

I seriously don’t know what I did or how I did it but when I weigh myself last week I had lost 2kilos and then when I weigh myself again this morning, I had lost another kilo! All I can say is “WOW” followed by another “WOW!
I’m not seeing any drastic change in my body shape yet (lol) but just the thought of those shed kilos is putting a big grin on my face. I seriously don’t know what I did different these few weeks apart from getting enough sleep while I was recovering from my surgery in Singapore and then continuing with the same pattern since I got home. I reckon if that is what it takes to lose weight, I better make sure I get sleep from now on eh.

I love my gadgets. Call me a geek but whenever I get any new gadget, I would explore all it’s features and test each one to make sure I totally utilize it. I also use my gadgets for all sorts of purpose, from the usual task of checking email, Facebook and Twitter updates, I also I use it to watch movies and tv series whenever I am on my five hour bus ride back to my homeland. As you can imagine, my battery juice runs out quite fast so I am looking for some kind of phone Accessories that can help me with this.
Well, I found this baby on Groupon for RM145. A 12,800mAh Dual-charging Universal Power Bank with 8 Adaptor Pins. Talk about power on the go right? I haven’t quite bought it but am looking around to see what else is there in the market. Super awesome!

Helping the men feel confident and prepared in securing that job. For their fifth annual Suit drive, we see celebrities like Tyler Perry, Amanda Seyfried, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and John Larroquette supporting the cause and personally styled professional suits to inspire looks to be donated to this worthy cause.
Americans can also donate to help the men and women in need at more than 900 Men’s Wearhouse and Men’s Wearhouse and Tux stores around the country from June 27 – July 31. Patrons can contribute their gently used men’s and women’s suits, shirts, jackets, ties, belts, and shoes. All donated garments are distributed to local nonprofit partners that prepare men and women to re-enter the job market through resume-building workshops, interview preparation, and skills training programs. For every suit donated, Men’s Wearhouse will give two business ties to the cause.

On my last meetup with my girlfriends, one of them related a psychic reading that really impressed her. Nevermind what was read about her future, it was her past reading that really impressed her about this psychic. Apparently upon just looking at a piece of jewelry, he could tell it’s whole history. History like who it originally belonged to, how it came to my friend’s possession and even that it was once lost and then found. She was even more impressed as she herself has forgotten about that event.
I have never had a an opportunity to ever meet up with a psychic before but from watching tv shows like “Charmed”, “The Haunting” and other shows that I can’t recall right now, I know that they have God given power to not only see the past but also the future. Because of this, sometimes I am actually scared to meet up with one. Ever heard of the saying “Ignorance is Bliss”. Well sometimes that is the truth..lol

I always say, nothing beats a good education. By that I don’t mean you need to have a degree, masters or anything like that.. but more towards being receptive to learning anything that might be beneficial to you in your life. I am not a graduate and I take it as an insult if they think that they are better than me just because they have a paperwork that entitled them to some letters behind their name.
My education is my life and I am proud that it is so. I learn from whoever and whatever that shares their knowledge and although I am learning all the time, I dare say I am more knowledgeable than some graduates I know.. lol!
Now now, I don’t mean to say going to school or getting that degree is not important or anything (so doing that gre prep is equally important) but what I am saying is that you need to learn more than just from school books to be a rounded person, not around the waist but in the mind ok! hehe.
