Send Free Postcards Using TouchNote Via Facebook

I was surfing around for a new apps in August and chance upon an apps called Touchnote at the android marketplace. Coincidentally they were having a promotion with Samsung and the Olympics that let people send free postcard all over the world. You can choose from their library of images or you can send your own pictures. I opted to send two of my own to test. I sent one to myself (lol) and to Azwaj..

I got the cards yesterday.. so YEAY!

Anyway, Touchnote is having another promotion via their Touchnote Facebook apps and you can send postcards to your Facebook friends for FREE. This promotion is running till the end of the  Paralympic Games so hurry and send one today.

What you need to do:

1. Go to Touchnote page and click on CREATE a POSTCARD
2. Pick a image from their library or choose from your own album
3. Pick your friend and write your message and hit the send button
4. Your friend will get notified via FB notification but my guess is it’s better to ask them to check their notification page on FB coz apparently they don’t get notified for some reason
5. Once your friend click on the notification, they will be prompted to enter their address.
6. Your postcard will then be sent from UK to your friend
7. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Marzie

I was looking for a birthday apps so that I make a cake online for my bff’s birthday today so I tested a whole bunch of apps from the market. I found a few but it didn’t do the job and some even had malware, adware and even spyware.. Lucky for me, I have a antispyware apps installed so my phone is well protected.

Anyway, I just wanted to wish my BFF, Marzie, a Happy Happy Birthday.. May all your wishes come true sweetie!

Selamat Hari Raya 2012

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my Muslim readers “Salams Eid”. Hope you had a fantastic Ramadan and an even better Syawal.

No big plans for us this year. Just the normal visiting of relatives and friends. I don’t think I need to bring along any business cards as well or else I’d be sure to get some plastic printers plastic printing cards done before the festive time.

Music Monday #202: We Are The Champions (Queen)

So although Dato’ Lee Chong Wei didn’t bring home the Gold for Malaysia this year at the Olympics 2012, he is in my book, and a lot of other people’s as well, a champion. He played an awesome game and it was a good fight! Well done and congrats! You are still our champion!

Should I Learn to Play?

Azwaj has all these guitars that sometimes I wish I can play them as well. I mean he can’t possibly play all of them at once and I think it will fun to have a jam session with him right? hahaha..

So I found this epiphone pr-150 music123 and it only cost USD120.00 and according to the specs it’s fantastic for beginners like me I guess. Perhaps I should get it, practise on it and then graduate to the more expensive ones that Azwaj has.. hmmm..

Check Stress Level on Your Android and iPhone

I found this cute little app from the Google play and installed it to see how stressful I am. It is really simple to use. You just click on the start button and place your hand over the camera and within 2minutes you’ll get your reading.

So far the reading is pretty accurate for me coz I am pretty stressed right now running to the toilet every 5minutes :(

I Would Love One of These

I am always complaining that I never have enough space for my stuff. Well, Azwaj has the perfect solution (or so according to him). He will get me a residential steel building and place it in an open field downstairs. lol! Actually, you know what.. it’s kind of a great idea. If only management will approve.. hehe.
