After my last weighing machine encounter, I decided that I need to take drastic action to lose whatever excess flesh, fat and anything that does not belong in this body.. (serious note.. no lol-ing).
I told A that from this day forward, I will take the stairs if I am not carrying anything and I NEED to start going the gym downstairs like yesterday already! I also told A that maybe we should get bicycles and ride them whenever we go out for dinner (more confident at night since there’s not much vehicle that time and what better way to burn off those calories that was taken in during dinner right). We could even get those car bike rack and bring the bike over to some nice beach and “ride into the sunset”..
I need to lose weight and I need to lose weight NOW! ..
