No More MerDer?

Grey’s Anatomy is on season 7 right now and I heard rumors that both Patrick Demsey and Ellen Pompeo will not be returning for season 8, if any that is. Not sure how true this is but what is Grey’s Anatomy without MerDer in their doctor or nursing scrubs right? Perhaps they are hoping the character Lexi Grey would be able to take over the name sake but honestly I think it would simply not be the same.

Hell's Kitchen - Take Off Your Apron

I’ve been watching Hell’s Kitchen lately and I’m on season six down to the final five contestant and I can’t stop watching. The challenges get more interesting with each episode and the mistakes that these contestants made sometimes are really mind boggling that I’m wondering if there are really Cooks let alone Chefs. I mean some of them can’t even cook a halibut straight through while shrimps were sent out raw!.. And for goodness sake when Chef Ramsay asked what is 3 times 4, even someone who is not a holding any finance jobs can answer 12 right?

I know the stress is overwhelming in the Hell’s kitchen and with Chef’s Ramsay shouting each order and calling everyone nasty names, it is definitely not an easy job but please.. get out from the kitchen if you can’t stand the heat.

Hooked on Chinta

I got addicted watching this TV show daily drama called CHINTA when my mom was here last week. She was the one that started watching the show but in the end got me hooked watching it with her each day on TV3 from Monday to Thursdays, 6.30 to 7.40pm. The story revolves around Chinta, a young girl from the village who was raped by an old man who thought that would ease him to marry her. Chinta then escaped and ran off the city. She became a model and later a high class prostitute. Anyway, it is now the 20th out of a 28th episode drama and it’s getting more interesting by the day. Oh yeah, you can watch the show online too, which I’m doing as there are less advertisements and I can watch it anytime as oppose to the time slot on tv.

Fasha Sandha plays the main character, Chinta and Adi Putra plays the hero of the show. Enjoy!

Catching up with Boldie

I am currently watching back episodes of the Bold and the Beautiful reaching up to January 2010 and let me just tell you, the plot thickens all the time with this show. Yeah yeah, I know, some of you are about to puke right now but hey I like it and call it one of my vice.. lol! Anyway since some of you (yeah GP that you) are not up to speed with the show, I will not put up any spoilers here .

However, I do want to say that it is sad that some of the characters in the show, a beautiful woman and a semi good looking guy were not able to realize that they could potentially make a great couple.  Good thing for them, they both enrolled in a few top dating sites just like Match and their profile were matched online.  So imagine their surprise when they met and realized that they have things in common. Suffice to say, they ended up married!

Now I’m not saying that all you single and looking people out there immediately sign up for an online dating service but I am saying to have your mind and options open. If you are leaning towards this kind of service, read up on the reviews of the dating site in questions for example, Match dating site review is awesome. The site offers a whole host of services that other dating sites don’t offer.

Music Monday #99: Something Beautiful (Need To Breathe)

One thing I love about the tv shows nowadays is that it introduces me to songs that I would otherwise would have not known. Just like this song that was played on Cougar Town. I won’t tell from which scene as they are many of you who have not watched the whole season but suffice to say, the scene is awesome.. lol!

Laughing Away with Cougar Town

Me and Azwaj just finished watching season 1 of a sexy comedy called “Cougar Town”. We spent like 90% of the time laughing away as we watched the show and my mouth ache  from all that laughing!  The dialogs are hilarious and the characters are awesome. Also if you like miss “Monica” from “Friends” then you should totally watch this show. She’s the star!

Basically the show is about Jules, a recently divorced woman in her 40s who’s looking to find love and romance. The show revolves around her, her son, her ex-husband and their friends. Season 1 has ended but season 2 is starting again on 22 September 2010. Can’t wait!!

Sexy Comedy – Cougar Town

The cast of the show: Courteney Cox, Christa Miller, Busy Philipps, Dan Byrd, Josh Hopkins, Ian Gomez and Brian Van Holt.

Anyway, time to hit the sack as I got an early morning tomorrow to the wholesaler with Azwaj.  Have a wonderful Sunday all!

Lack of Sleep Coz of Grey's Anatomy

I thought with Miss Fly in the shop, I would get more sleep and more rest. However, it is the direct opposite because I spend my days watching dvd marathon of my fav tv show. It’s like the next episode is better than the other and each time I tell myself, ok.. this is the last one today, I end up watching another episode and another. I swear I am developing dark circle from trying to keep awake!

Oh did anyone else love the way Derek proposed to Meredith and the way they got “married” on Grey’s Anatomy? Awesome without being too cheezy I say!

True Love on True Blood

These past few days have been hectic. Most of what we were doing were things that have been postponed due to the Raya festivities. For instance, I collected the pressies from Shemah and Marzie from two different post offices, brought Awan (for diarrhea) and Aggie (for her wet eczema) to the vet and collected Azwaj’s cheque from a government office.

Then of course, there’s my graphics/coding work for my clients and in between that I’ve been watching this great new show that we just gotten our hands on called “True Blood“.

The show is vampire-ish in nature so if you’re big into vampires and romance, like I am, then it would hit a home run with you as well. We are into the second season and each episode is a cliff hanger that makes us want more. I mean for sure the vampires could do with a services of a Plano cosmetic dentist but I must say Stephen Moyer makes an awesome vampire and the part where his character braved the sunlight to save his lady love was so touching that if I had not loved him before I would definitely would have started to love him then.. lol!!

Supernatural is Back *

Yeap.. you heard me .. the tv show “Supernatural” is back for it’s fifth season! Yihaa!!.. Starring Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester and Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester, the two brothers continued their fight to save earth from the pending apocalypse that Sam started!

I personally love this show not only for the actors (nice eye candy I must admit!) but also for the plot each week that keeps me at the edge of my seat waiting for the next episode.

The first episode of season five has already aired on September 10th and I must say I can’t wait for next week show!!

Nip/Tuck New Season

If you are like me, you are probably awaiting the continuation of the latest season of Nip/Tuck. Dr Christian Troy and Dr Sean McNamara have left us far too long since the last season 5 cliffhanger in February this year!

Well, good news!! They are coming back on 6 January 2009!

Desperate Housewives Is Coming Back

Yihaa!!! Desperate Housewives is coming back for it’s fifth season on 28 September 2008. When the ladies come back, five years would have passed.

I shall not give spoilers here for the benefit of those who have not seen the finale of the fourth season but let me just tell you.. I’m thrilled to bits.. not as thrilled as when Prison Break started its fourth year run but thrilled enough!!!
