All this talk of me trying to lose weight and guess what A did? He downloaded an exercise dvd for me so that I can exercise in the comfort of my own home. How awesome is that? Though seriously, I really need to be disciplined about it, you know like even starting a time table kinda thing so that I will actually see results. The problem? I’ve never exercise religiously before and I don’t know how to start. For example:
- Do I exercise before or after meals? I mean i may faint if I exercise on an empty tummy but at the same time I don’t think I should exercise on an full tummy
- Do I need to put on proper shoes or can i do it barefoot?
- How often should I exercise as a beginner?
- etc etc…lol
